The location is very good, especially on Sunday with the San Telmo market
The rooms are separate from the house itself and the neighbors are noisy

The facilities lack maintenance. Even though it is an old house, you have to pay attention to the bathrooms and the single bed is terrible

Problems with the accommodation, payment method, little communication with the owner, arrangements that were "agreed to be made" and were never made (11 days of lodging and they did not fix the air, the microwave did not work and the doors were too old). The air conditioning thing, they literally tried to fix it from the first day to the last and they DID NOT fix it. Every day the apartment had to be cleaned due to the water that fell from the same air conditioning, I really would not rent here again (unless communication improves and the appliances work well together with new apartment doors)
